Host kept in touch, friendly, helpful & welcoming. Good size rooms. Enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. Secure gated environment. Water & fruit provided on arrival (we were extremely delayed so this was welcome) We did have a really lovely holiday. But there were a few negatives.

Villa little dated and "tired around the edges", it needed some maintenance & tlc, in particular the back garden area, Barbeque and downstairs bathroom. The kitchen also needed a deep clean, the cooker & bin especially. Location:- If you had mobility issues or little children you would not be able to walk to Tsivili town centre, narrow, winding, unlit road with deep ditches on one side, Its about 20 mins walk, (We were able to walk, but we also hired a car for 3 days, which I'd recommend), The property would benefit from an additional hair dryer - we were 2 couples, the only one is permanently attached in upstairs bathroom. These points are meant as constructive criticism and by no means a slur on the home of the host, who was clearly very proud of his villa.

We would like to thank the owners of this villa for an incredible vacation. The villa is just amazing🔥 The view alone is worth all the money😌👌 We had everything for a comfortable stay, if there were any questions, everything was resolved immediately. This is the best villa on the island. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart❤️!!!! Everything was top notch👍 And what's more, the sea is not far away, about 15 minutes. walk)

Clean, spacious, the private pool, lots of seating areas and sun beds.

Personally for us as an adult family the property was ideal.

The villa was set in a quiet area. A nice place to relax. The hosts were extremely helpful when we arrived. This included running us to the shops when we realised it was a bit far to walk with young children. The pool was superbly maintained and checked twice during our stay. This also included sweeping the pool of debris.

The pillows on the beds were very hard. Took a bit of getting used to. It would have been helpful to have said the villa is situated a little way from shops and so I would suggest in the advertising that car hire is desirable. This is because we had very young children and walking wasn’t a safe option.
