The island is a destination in itself, this management company adds no value.

This wasn't just one of the worst experiences I've had traveling, it was also one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. Completely unprofessional. During booking I picked an ETA and in return I only received a canned message about the ETA, which I already stated, and that there is an additional charge of 10 per person for linens and toilet paper. Toilet paper? I guess I will have to pack that. Upon arrival my girlfriend and I just wanted to find the place and store our luggage and enjoy the island but... we realized there isn't a full address, just a street name. OK. We'll use a map app. Apple maps lists the place only for us to get there and find an empty lot. Google maps doesn't list the place at all so we decided to type in the street name and follow the directions. When we got to the street and looked for some signage there wasn't any to be found. So, we decided to search for online images in order to find the place. There were a few images from people's previous stays so we played Where's Waldo. I walked onto a property and asked someone if this is the Casa del Relax. Nope, not it and he had no idea where it is. So we go down the road chasing shade along the way trying to contact them. No response. We sit for hours roasting in the heat and decided to walk on to another property down the road that also looks similar. We were informed this is the wrong property as well and they have no idea where this place is either. Turns out it was in the middle of both properties but no one had an inkling. Finally after nearly five hours of waiting for contact there is a response asking where we are. On property or there abouts. Can we take a picture of where we are? I guess the staff doesn't even know where the place is either. At exactly check in time someone shows up to drop off the keys and was more than wanting to do only that and walk away.

Excellent location! Good accommodation! Great terrace! I would definitely return to this place!
