It was a roomy space. Great location -close to public transit, pharmacies and grocery store, easy to get to tourist attractions. Secure building. Included a dishwasher and washing machine. Good price.

There was confusion around obtaining the keys to the room. The concierges said they didn't have my name the first two times I asked. I was waiting in the lobby for 90 minutes for someone to meet me with the keys, as I was told. Then I asked again at the front desk and they found my name this time. One window didn't close properly, but it was fixed after I informed the rental company.

The location is excellent, the apartment is spacious and the views are impressive. Also the air conditioning worked well in the apartment which kept us cool during the summer heat of Madrid. The host were also very flexible with the checkout time.

The facilities of the apartment, while functional, are a bit dated. It was also relatively challenging to find the correct buttons to turn on all the different lights (it took us two days to understand how they work). Communication with the host was sometimes rather slow, and I had to call Booking.com customer service to get an answer from the host on our requests.

Gran espacio con todo lo necesario para ayudar a tener una gran estancia. Muy bien localizado. El seguimiento siempre fue óptimo y amable. Muy recomendable.

Location is very convenient and the building made me feel safe and at the right area.

There was a strong pipe smell coming out from the toilet that filled the entire property and also the hallway. The heating system couldn't be regulated from the inside which is a handicap from my point of view. Lighting in the living room was not enough or too much. A socket didn't work so moving lamps around wasn't an option. Although the property offered Netflix the TV didn't support accounts with ads which is a shame for a property like this. My partner, a non-Spanish speaker had to rely on using my laptop to watch TV before bed. Not great.
