Vatican Relais Rome

I kept telling my friends how impressed I was with the hotel’s location. It is situated right in the heart of the Vatican area, making both the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica an easy walking distance. We were a group of three ladies sharing one room; as expected for such a central location, the room was a bit small, but it was incredibly comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The hotel is located inside a charming apartment complex with only a few rooms, which allows them to maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout. The continental breakfast was a wonderful added bonus. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

The only minor downsides were the size of the room and shower, which felt a little cramped for a group. We also had to adapt to not flushing toilet paper due to the building's pipes, which was a bit annoying but manageable.

We love everything about this property. It’s our 3rd stay here. The rooms & facilities are very comfortable. The staff are brilliant, particularly Vince and Jobelle. Highly recommend!

Nothing we don’t like.

Perfect location, very clean hotel, we had everything we needed. The hotel staff were very helpful, kind and professional. They took very good care of us and helped us with everything we needed for our stay in Rome. We will definitely come back!

Very close proximity to the Vatican and St Peters Square. Close to restaurants, pharmacies and shops. The staff was exceptional and very responsive and helpful. The property was cleaned daily and of top quality. The staff was extremely helpful and attended to requests promptly.

The space inside the rooms was abit cramped, but the room with balcony was nice. Room chosen did not come with tea/coffee making facilities.
