La taille du logement, le fait de simplement récupérer les clés, l extérieur, la localisation centrale de l appartement dans la ville. La petite vue mer.
Les chambres donnent sur une rue pavée assez passante. Malheureusement, les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées, ce qui nous a poussés à déplacer le matelas dans la grande pièce pour pouvoir dormir avec des boules quies (nécessaires pour notre sensibilité).

Absolutely everything. It was home from home, from breakfast on the terrace looking out to the harbour to using the fully functional kitchen for dinner every evening, then back to the terrace for a birra and vino, interspersed with walks around the town.....bellisamo!
The fact our stay had to come to an end! There is nothing you couldn't like.

Wonderful place! Big, fully equipped and beautiful flat with nice balcony and garden on the terrace. Few hundred meters from the city center and harbor with restaurants.

The guest is very nice , try to solve with parking , is difficult because is in center of town , We felt good , in the night some noise from street .. , but is ok.

The host was very nice, the garden was nice. The living room/kitchen is very big. Everything was clean.
The bus to the airport stops really close to the flat so that was very practical.
The flat is in the city center so we could walk everywhere.
The room is on the street so there is noise from cars, in particular in the morning.

The architecture and the large space of the apartment
The owner was nice and helped us with some requirements

The price is ok for what the apartment offered
The bed was quite comfortable and despite the noise outside we managed to sleep quite well
Especially at night the noise from cars can be heard quite loudly.
The outdoor terrace can be arranged more nicely

Very cosy, quiet and clean place with all facilites needed. Near to the city centre and the seaside for evening walks. Around 10 min walk to the bus 4 going to the beach.
Wifi connection was too slow, otherwise everything was great. Some recommendations: outdoor plastic furniture could be replaced with better looking and more comfortable furniture. There is also a higher potential in the future of the green terrace garden..for now it is not really habitable and it could look more maintained and welcoming to sit inside.

This was the second time I stayed at La Casa Sul Porto this year. The location is good for the train station, just straight up through Brindisi. Views from the balcony are good and the room is massive. Proper high ceiling with a balcony leading onto a garden terrace. Also doesn't take long to get into the precinct and I found some short cuts back to the apartment, through narrow streets, but also discovering hidden restaurants along the way.
No faults at all and I will be going back time after time. I've been asked to say a little more in this section, but their's nothing I didn't like at this apartment. Anyone who's planning going to Brindisi, stay here.
