The bathroom. Very tiny and flooding any time you had a shower.

The woman whi works there(Galya) was very nice and was always very helpful.
The property is not well cleaned and maintained, there was a lot of broken things - the sliding shower door was broken and was hanging and almost fell. Most windows were not opening properly. The bathroom and the kitchen were not cleaned properly and some of the things were rusty. This place is definitely not worth the price we paid...

The location is amazing. The apartment was spacious with a huge deck.
The apartment was outdated - new furniture, painting as well as some general maintenance will definitely make it look better. New bedding -sheets/towels is also a must.
HK should do deep cleaning at least once a week.

This time I did not like a single thing about this place
We are visiting this hotel for the second and last time. It was very disappointing to find out that the place became so trashy and dirty. Last year we have visited and it was kid of OK, location was OK, and we decided to go again, but this year... It was so dirty, we couldn't believe. I have never been in dirtier apartment before. First - there were ants all over the kitchen, where was supposed to sleep our child. Finger prints all over the doors and furniture, super duirty bathroom cabin, rust on the bathroom shelves, dirt and dust all over, very dusty sofa and on top of that extremely dirty sheets with holes... On the ceiling you can see huge spot form water leek. It was more than disappointment! Never again. This apartment needs to be renovated and cleaned properly!

Not clean enough and there are malfunctions in the bathrooms and when it rains the ceiling of the room starts to fall, and I with my family stay waiting for towels for two days

Our room had a small kitchen if you want to use basic kitchen tools. The staff was friendly.
The hotel has only 2-3 park spaces for parking and the location is in the paid area of the city so that was a big issue.

Very dirty place, the bathroom, the kitchen supply...glasses were so smeary... like they were not washer from years! Dirty chairs at the balcony...worn sheets... Broken sofa!

Very helpfull staff, clean rooms. Fully equiped kitchen and clean A/C. Good city bus connection nearby to both center and airport. Many local shops nearby.
Beach is a bit far away (ca. 25 min by foot).
