The place is so serene with all the plants everywhere. The standard room is huge with separate living/dining area. The bed is so comfortable. It's great for a long term stay.
There's a strange scent coming from the bathroom if the exhaust fan is not turned on. I stayed in one of the nipa huts. It's understandable that it creaks here and there.

Superfriendly staff and owner, very comfortable bungalow with everything you need. Completely water in your outside kitchen, beautiful pool, lovely, healty and well trained bailey (dog) from the owner. Do no think twice, this place is great. It is outside the hustle and bustle from crazy Alona beach so scooter is necessary. Or tuk tuk of course. Cannot fault the place!
Me and my teenage kids tried to think something, it is hard. The pool water was too hot on the first day :-)

Location is not great, you can not walk to the lively area. When I booked it, I presumed it was a hotel, but no possibilities for breakfest. There is no real congierce to ask questions or arrange transfers.
The pool is very nice!!
Bathroom is a bit outdated
