The beautiful view, cleanliness. If people planned to do cooking for the stay, the apartment had most of the things you needed. Only a bit confused when we tried to find the place.

A bit confused to find the unit. One of my friends used a crutch as she had leg injury, and she was struggled to use the stairs.

One of the best views of Queenstown landscape. Decent sized house for 2 small families to stay together. Fully functional kitchen and laundry were great especially when being on road trip for long. Bedrooms were great.

No ensuite, rooms could be too hot when weather gets too warm in summers. AC or at least fans would have been helpful.

The apartment is nicely furnished, clean and modern. It has everything you need for a longer stay. The views are spectacular, and it’s closer to the airport so it’s just a short drive to the supermarket which is great.

Finally our family from NZ and Australia was able to come together after many covid cancellations, and this house was so perfect for us. The view was breathtaking of the lake and mountains and we enjoyed watching the planes take off and fly in at close range to Queenstown airport. Was fascinating. It was so quiet here, no road or air noise from inside the house, and minimal noise when sitting on the balcony too. The kitchen/dining/lounge open area was lovely and the washer/dryer appreciated. There was a queen bedroom upstairs with a bathroom, and downstairs a king and queen bedroom with a bathroom, with plenty of wardrobes to unpack in. Plus a small extra room to store luggage and dry any extra washing on the clothing racks. Very spacious and modern. Smart TVs in every bedroom plus one in the lounge area. Was half way between Frankton and Queenstown and an easy walk down to the lake side walk to walk into either, around an hour to both. We'll be back for sure. Was superb and well priced for a group.

The view is amazing. The apartment was clean nd spacious.

The space is good and the views are perfect for city family like us!

The staircase is a bit of inconvenience when you have large luggages to bring down and up to apartment. We noticed the dustbin was missing on out 3rd day and we have trouble disposing our trash correctly.End up we threw it down the road in one of the trash bin available along the roadside.
