A spacefull, comfortably equipped villa, large enough for 8 adults + 1 child. Two king-sized bedrooms and a living room on ground floor, less comfortable two walk-through bedrooms in colder but not airconditioned basement. Sufficient number of bathrooms & toilets. Well equipped kitchen with kitchen stove and big fridge. A large roofed terrace with a bricked plain grill. A large garden with irrigated green lawn. A small playground with trampoline. Parking in the garden. Friendly caretakers Leta & her husband. To prevent missunderstanding: The review is valid exclusively for Villa Alex but not for other properties of 4Travellers in destination Siviri!

Poor quality Wi-fi, mostly without internet (repair unsuccessful). Unfortunately, low quality and speed of mobile data in the area as well. Unavailable key of main garden gate (however the plot is bordered only by a low, easily surmountable wall without fence) – a peculiar thing compared to the fact you rented one of the best properties in Siviri. Troublefull communication between Booking.com, The 4Travellers and me as regards increased number of guests (probably Booking.com was more obtuse – they wanted to charge us almost EUR 400 instead of EUR 210 required by The 4Travellers – after a huge and frustrating series of chats and phone calls we finally paid EUR 220. Blessed are the poor in spirit…

We've been searching for holiday house, that's why we reserved this accommodation and the price appeared reasonable. But 3 weeks before our arrival, when all other holiday homes in reasonable prices were already booked in Chalkidiki, I received message that the accommodation is not a part of the holiday home as was stated in the offer, but it's part of the apartment building in a neighbourhood called Aegean Apartments. The price remained unchanged (even though I was questioning that), and for the price of the holiday home, we got apartment... Also, check-in was very chaotic, and communication as well.. we won't come back again.

We had a great time here. The house is big and has a huge yard, which was perfect for our little dog.

We stayed for 8 days in the property (two families - 4 adults and 6 children). The house is really nice and the yard is fantastic. There is a market across the street and beach is in 5 minutes walking distance. We had a really good time there and I would recommend it, especially for families with children.

The location is good, 7 mins walk to the beach and right near the mini-market. The house is well equipped and clean, with some garden around where kids could play games. Two rooms are in the cooler basement, other rooms have aircon. Newly installed kitchen with all main accessories.

Some sanitary equipment is a bit outdated.
