The apartment has everything you need. It is spacious and comfortable for four people. It has nice sea view and amazing big terrace. We loved how close we were from the beach.

Some bits of the apartment are dated and would need replacing soonish but the apartment is at amazing price and I think reflects that.

Our stay at Piter 2 was very pleasant and fully met our expectations. Although the building is not brand new, the apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We especially loved the spacious and beautiful terrace. The location is excellent. The property is situated in a quiet and very safe area, less than 100 metres from the beach. The host was wonderful—extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The accommodation offers excellent value for money, and we received even more than we expected for the price. We were very satisfied with our stay, would gladly recommend Piter 2, and sincerely hope to return next year!

La ubicación es muy buena, tardas ni un minuto en llegar a la playa andando. La casa es muuuuuuy básica,no puedo decir mucho más

No hay praticamente nada más que el piso. Ningun producto por si se quiere limpiar los fogones o el suelo la escoba y la fregona muy desgastados. Toallas de playa en lugar que verdaderas toallas,que olían a húmedo. Hay lo básico para alquilar y ganar dinero. Para 8 días me han dado dos rollos de papel de los chinos Ni papel de cocina!!!! Hay un temporizador hasta para el aire acondicionado,nada de 6€ por si lo quieres usar. La puerta de entrada y el portal de abajo no funcionan bien. Vamos,soy de la idea de que si quieres hacer dinero tienes que invertir también

The hostess is extremely reactive--her 'response rate' is 10 out of 10 :) She tried to help with different issues I had in the property. Thanks a lot! The location is very good. Second line from the beach, from the terrace of my room you could even see a little bit of the sea. The terrace is very spacious

The main drawback was the dogs in the hostess's mother's backyard, which all four rental properties face directly. Please don't get me wrong—I love pets, especially dogs (we have one). However, having six chihuahuas in one yard proved quite challenging, as the barking could be heard in the morning, throughout the day, and in the evening/night, making it difficult to fully enjoy the terrace with the sea view... The furniture in the apartment is quite dated. I understand it may date back to the 1990s; it did not feel vintage or intentionally retro, just rather old. I also found the beds uncomfortable. (There were also some minor issues with the door and the stove, but the host helped me to resolve them--thanks again, really appreciate!) Overall, the property is adequate for a short (1-2 nights) stay. However, after staying there for a week, I personally would not choose it again for a longer holiday.
