The staff and the room were fantastic. Staff were friendly, respectful and accommodating. Particular mention for the care of Sugar, May and the French concierge(apologies I don’t remember his name)

Wonderful boutique hotel with very accommodating staff. The location is outstanding and within easy access to shopping food and transport. Ideal location and great accommodation.

The location was wonderful. It was so close to the night market in Myeongdong. The rooms were cleaned promptly, and you get discounts 15 to 20% at neighboring businesses. The Panda Pharmacy was great you just need your room key and passport to get discount and tax free products. Regarding the breakfast that was included with my hotel stay they had scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, vegetables, salad, coleslaw, tomatoes with mozzarella, assorted breads,, jelly, fruits, juices, nuts, dried cranberries, dried apricots, raisins, cereal, tea, and coffee (Nespreso) everyday; this was all in addition to a small main course.

The voice level was a little loud at night, but they did provide ear plugs. The breakfast was okay, but if you are from the United States don't expect large portions or anything that you are used to having for an American breakfast.
