Amazing sea view from room . Very clean .

My room had beautiful sea view. Nice and modern interior design, looks like it has recently been renovated. Very comfortable bed , great size bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything in Kos town.

Location,cleanliness and very helpful staff who are so happy to help make your holiday that extra special. Recommendation to travel to Zia for a sunset meal was the highlight of our trip, made much easier as they can arrange transfer to and from.

Only recommendation to owner would be to change the shower screen as this allows water to spread around the bathroom easily, Possibly more ambient lighting in kitchen area.

we book studio and we pay more for bedroom and separate living room we get just room with sink and fridge that was not what we book and pay .All night we couldn't sleep the was noise from corridor ALL NIGHT in the morning was even more noise from cleaners

The host was very kind, welcoming and helpful. She helped us arrange the best stay we could and helped us hire a car for the day. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The balcony had a wonderful view.

The staff were really nice and caring, always asking if everything was fine and if we were happy. Family run. Elina's restaurant recommendations in particular were all spot on! She said she's a foodie and all I can say is that it shows in the places we consequently visited! We had several lovely meals thanks to her! Otherwise, superbly clean room (cleaned daily), modern, comfy, nice view. Welcome wine + bottle of water in the fridge was a nice little touch at the start, much appreciated! Would happily stay here again. Good location too, short 5-10min walk from the centre and right by the water!

Small details, hardly worth mentioning. We used the kitchen quite a bit and whilst it was surprisingly functional given its small size, a few common spices and olive oil in the cupboard would be a nice little extra (so one doesn't have to buy these for the sake of a couple of days/week, only to then throw most of them away when leaving). Would be nice to have the coffee capsules replenished too though a mini supermarket nearby sells these. Also, shower pressure and water temp was a little low on a few days but this got much better/was fully fixed.

Around 7 am in the morning, the employees are making excessive noise. We woke up to the noise every morning.

Nice little studio, everything look modern and new, paid less than £50 for a night, what a bargain!

Nothing I'll mention here is important and more of nit picking just for the cause to find some faults: Some mirrors placed too low, have to crouch to see my face in them. TV could have Netflix.

Perfect location, not far from the bars and restaurants. A small beach just over the road. Excellent customer service. Beautiful, clean apartment and lovely sea view.

The only thing that I could say that we less liked would be the shower, a beautiful bathroom but wasn’t the strongest of showers.

Beautiful apartments, ideal location on the sea front, a 10 minute walk to the main square in Kos Town. Lovely helpful people, we checked in 4 hours late due to flight delays but everything still went perfectly to plan.

I found the place very comfortable, good location, facilities and cleanliness were also excellent and they were very flexible with my check in. The service was good.

The transfer service I requested was a bit expensive, I didn't have much choice., I was told that sometimes cabs can be up to 40 minutes late.

Maria and Elena helped us in every single need. Thanks for their hospitality. The room and bed was perfectly comfortable. I chosed this hotel because the price and service equality was perfect. You can find similar priced hotels more nearby to city center but they are so old and not worth to the price. This hotel is for smart travelers :)

Very very friendly staff; everyone was super helpful at all time! the location is particularly great for sailors who are heading to the Marina. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. I also really appreciated how clean and modern the apartment was. Definitely recommended to everyone who likes comfort at a very affordable cost!

The apartment was accurately described. Good location; great view. Plenty of reliable and helpful information from the owner, who did exactly as she promised, e.g. booking restaurants on our behalf.

These are probably the best apartments that we have stayed at. Elina and her mother are perfect hosts, lovely check in, explaining about the location, restaurants etc. Great communication with them before we arrived. We had apartment 301 on the top floor - it was modern and very spacious. We couldnt get a sea view room but the rooms at the back overlook the town and countryside so we were perfectly happy. Its actually probably quieter being at the back rather than at the front overlooking the main road. The apartment had 2 balconies, safe, tv with plenty of channels, toaster, kettle - lovely big spacious bathroom. Little touches like free wine, water on arrival plus things like washing up liquid, toiletries were a bonus. The apartments are the quietest accommodation that we have ever stayed at, we never heard anyone coming or going, no slamming doors, people talking loudly, it was bliss. We loved the location being on the quieter residential side of town towards the marina, but only a 10 minute walk to the old town. There are two big supermarkets behind the apartments and a couple of bakeries so easy to get supplies. And there are plenty of restaurants in the streets behind the apartments and along the coast road. There is an outdoor cinema next door. We went to see the new Top Gun film which was good fun sitting outside under the stars. As we have been to Kos many years ago we didnt really do any of the touristy things. We went to the castle and the ampitheatre - there are lots of ruins around the town to look at if you like that sort of thing. We went on the open top bus which takes you to some ruins or another resort along the coast, you can get off at each place and stay for an hour and a half until the bus comes back round again. We didnt bother getting off and just stayed on so it takes about an hour and a half. There are two tourist trains which do a 45 minute tour of the town. Kos Town is fabulous, bustly but not a party town.

There was nothing we didnt like But 2 small suggestions It would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment rather than just the mirror above the dressing table A non slip map in the shower as with the tiled floors the shower floor was very slippery but we just bought a cheap plastic mat from the supermarket The only negative comment we have about Kos Town is the number of cyclists/cycle lanes. Cyclists are my pet hate and to be honest there are way too many cyclists especially in the centre of town and along the harbour. The pavements for pedestrians are too narrow or non existent in places. You have to remember to constantly look around when out walking to avoid the numerous cyclists whizzing around - most who have probably never ridden a bicycle in their lives !!
