the villas are beautiful and each has its own pool. only a short walk to two secluded beaches. The villas are beautifully decorated and there are lovely areas to sit outside. it is perfect for large family holidays!

We really liked the location of the house, it was near to a lot of beaches and the port from where we took boats to go to the island Spetses. We also liked the outside spaces of the house, it had a nice balcony with lots of sun.

The house and the location is not suitable for us as university students because the neighbours got upset with the noise (music and voices) and we had a problem with the owner. The owner Kostas was rude to us. He called us in the morning and started yelling and cursing. Then he came to the house and asked to talk with me to persuade me and the whole group to leave the property. Another thing that happened, was that at some point we needed an iron (for clothes) which was supposed to be included in the amenities of the house, and not only was it not there, but when we called the owner to ask for one he was extremely rude to us and hang up the phone saying: “why do you need an iron at 10:30 at night”. We thought this is unacceptable as that was something that was supposed to be included in the house from the first place. Moreover, one of the major problems was the pool, which was extremely dirty the first day we arrived, and when asked to clean it we were told that not much can be done. The pool was only clean the last night that we were there. Also, as other reviews have clearly said, the pool is very much smaller than the pictures. And in general, the photos of the place are not at all representable of the whole house. Regarding the inside of the house, the bathrooms were absolutely unventilated which made it almost unbearable to shower in them after some point. There was no bathroom on the ground floor which was inconvenient having the pool there and needing to go up and down the stairs constantly. This place is suitable for family and elderly people, like Kostas, and not for young people who stay up all night having fun.

Location is convenient because is close to the port for Spetses

On booking.com there are nice photos of all landlord’s properties. However photos are misleading in order to assess each individual villa. Regarding our villa, there were rooms just next to the garage that were quite dark and humid & pool had the size of a jacuzzi. Second bathroom was quite small and squeezed under the stairs.

On arrival there were two bottles of water in the fridge and the kitchen had basic elements to make coffee.

The fifth guest had to sleep in the basement where surfaces were full of dirt. The tiny complicated bathroom was all about mold and rust. The pool mechanism was automatically enabled 4 in the morning with a two hour on/off schedule sounding like road works near your ears totally ruining your holidays. The pool base had dangerously installed reverse hooks and the umbrella was semi broken, ready to fall. Also, a water pump was located inside the house in the basement and every time a faucet was used, a waking noise reminded you that this extremely overpriced villa has nothing to do with its imagined or described value.
