Bořetice and neighbourhood is generally calm and quiet area. It's 10 min walk to the bakery and grocery shop. Local bar serving vine (if you do not want to go any further) and of course beer is just cross the street. Very good starting point for bike trips to other nearby cities, as well as to Lednice-Valtice, Hodonin or Brno (a car rather required but if you want to taste local communication you may start here with a bus or a train). Martina, the host, was very helpful and nice. The only reason that I score "komfort" category only "good" is that when we were there the wardrobe was missing (I was warned in advance that it was during replacement) for some people it might be an issue.

The property is beautiful. Spacious. And the location makes it easy to walk to drive and explore the region in minutes.

Clean spacious and well equipped apartment in heart of one of the best wine regions in Moravia.Secure,parking on site,coffee machine on side,huge terrasses,pool,bbq area.Just close to railway trail but will not bother you during night.

Mattress in one of the bathrooms is very soft and occasionally fuses switch of. Sofa and chairs should be repaired or replaced.

The owners are really lovely and we had a fantastic welcome. We rented 3 flats because we attended an event. All of them were modern, new, clean and big. The place is quiet in a beautiful area. I really loved the big garden with swimming pool and the terrace with summer kitchen where it was nice to have a coffee in the morning.

Pillow were not comfortable and it would be really useful to have a sign to show where the pension is.

We had a very pleasant stay overal. We appreciated the swimming pool. The location is great, the equipment is pretty good. The owner was very nice. You can visit wine cellars in the village 500m away, or visit other villages nearby, which are known for wine.

We think that the parking place in the front should be enlarged, as the front garden is not used in a very productive and sensible manner, and the parking place gets really overcrowded with the house full of guests.
