The beach is nice and the bungalow is ok
They opened a nightclub next to the bungalows an have been blasting music until late night, like 4am, I came here to rest since I have to make more than 10h by motorbike today and I couldn’t sleep at all.
I also told to the restaurant that I was vegetarian, they game me an “omelette with vegetarian sausage” the sausage was not vegetarian at all…

Really nice location straight on a lovely beach
Staff were borderline rude, no AC in the room just a very weak fan meant I got barely any sleep. Prices are really expensive and the food is not that great. Weird system for dinner you need to order food 1 hour in advance which is bizarre seeing as the hotel seemed pretty empty

Les cottages sont propres
un peu petit tout de même une chambre séparée aurait été un plus..
La situation sur la plage est incroyable
Tout était trés bien...

Beautiful mature gardens, well landscaped. Plenty of outdoor seating. Exterior buildings, beautifully decorated in bright paints. Friendly staff and good evening meal. Nice beach area .
Bedroom was a bit small. Had to pull the bed to the middle of the room, to be able to walk around it. The most expensive accommodation we stayed in, but very small and basic. Not necessarily value for money. Food was more expensive than other places we stayed at.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are set in such a way that you feel very private, though there are other chalets nearby. The rooms are a very good size, very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the food was lovely, even though often orders took very long to be ready. We were able to walk straight on to the beach and have long walks, or have meals on the beachfront which was great. We took day trips to Kakum National Park and Elmina Castle. Both were a reasonable drive from the hotel. Our trip to Ghana was busy, the days spent at Ko-sa beach felt like a bit of an oasis for us.
The rooms were described as luxury on their website so I hadn't appreciated it was a 2 star hotel. Thankfully once we arrived the set up was nice. I scored comfort low because everyday there were droppings on the surfaces in our room. We would clean it and then find more. We were convinced there was a lizard, but staff didn't think so. That made me a little uncomfortable. But given the location, I guess it's to be expected, it wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Property was well kept. Brooms at the door of the rooms a plus so we can sweep out sand whenever we get sand into the room from beaches.
Beach was swept every morning - kept it very clean.
Security presence was reassuring
Staff were always seen sweeping fallen leaves etc
I found the area for games also unique. Though my family didn’t have the time to play games, I felt it was a beautiful thing and I’ll have loved to spend time there
The beddings and curtains (some look faded) could be upgraded to give a more cozy feeling in the rooms especially the smaller beds in the family room- they didn’t look very cozy.
The room we stayed in (family room) had neither a fridge or a microwave. I don’t know about the other rooms and the policy at Ko Sa but I think the family rooms should have a fridge and a microwave. (Ideally I’ll have recommended a kitchenette but because of space limitations)This is usually because families with kids pack their unique food preferences for their kids that they might want to warm up or quickly fix for them( porridges for example, finger foods etc)
The road to the resort was in bad shape. Seeing there are a couple of resorts down the Ampenyi beach, I think they could pool resources to smoothen the road a bit - especially where it branches off the Ampenyi town/village to the resort area.

Lovely beach cottages! The resort has a great beach for swimming!
Restaurant also serves delicious Ghanaian dishes and breakfast.
Friendly staff. Good wifi, too.
Mosquito net didn't fully cover the sleeping area

My fourth trip there, the location and food is nice and their beach clean.
The room filled up with mosquitos very quickly. I would advise people to take their own spray, but the staff should proactively spray rooms daily. We were wrongly double charged on our final bill. Although they corrected it, the resentful manner in which this was done implied we were the ones at fault and no apology given. For this reason we won't be going back again or recommending to friends.

Set up of buildings and general lay out was great! Staff friendly and helpful. Good availability of board games, great pub / restaurant area with lots of room for interaction.
One member of our group had severe bed bug bites, and 4 had food poisoning from the first lunch, resulting in one person being hospitalised.
Beach was not clean and not well looked after.

Just the natural sea and that's it.
The environment was filled with mosquitoes , the room I had wad dusty and dirty, some facilities were not functioning, bad food. Please this place shouldn't be classed among hotels. Everything is horrible. Disrespectful white owner.

Loved the location. Beach is lovely and staff keep it clean. Loved the rustic feel of the place. The food was lovely. We enjoyed all our meals and the fufu and soup was just great!
The staff were all lovely and we felt well looked after. Best part of our holiday in Ghana...wish we could have stayed longer.
Rooms could have been dusted and cleaned a bit better.

Beautiful setting right on the beach, nice rooms and restaurant
The street to get there is quite challenging - especially when it rains

We enjoyed the serene beautuful echo environment that promotes relaxation. Additionally the food is excellent and very appetizing. Friendly staff. Not our first trip to Ko-Sa.
The road that takes you into the resort areas
Need repairs. Although not the responsibility of the resort owners. It needs to be addressed. Perhaps all the nearby resorts can lobby for the road work.

Ko-Sa is literally steps from the ocean, and the sound of the waves is meditative. The staff at the restaurant and on the. grounds are great. Check-in was smooth, and the owners/hosts were welcoming and helpful.

The natural swimming pool is great.
There should be a type of accommodation for the big family i.e 5 members. The information in booking should be clearer for the family room and available facilities and services.
