horrible beach . not much good to say about this concrete monstrosity. it doesn’t feel like Fiji. mangey sick dogs on beach .

good stay for one night only. very basic and beach is not great.

My family and I loved everything from location to the kind staff especially Mr. Seta. He is awesome, very kind, polite and helpful. Our room was beyond great, clean, spacious and alot of kitchen items together with washer and dryer. Our stay was made memorial by all the friendly staff. Thank you so much.

Nice hotel with good mix of restaurants close by. Very close to the airport and provided pickup and return.

the staff were very friendly and the room we had was clean and spacious.

during breakfast construction work was ongoing next to our table and the noise was so high we could not talk to each other. the hotel is next to a backpackers and it is clear they share facilities and staff. there was unacceptable noise from people in the backpackers and partying next to a car opposite the hotel with loud music from midnight through to the early hours. the hotel staff did eventually get the matter resolved but it’s location makes it hard to counter this.

it was quiet and on the beach and convenient to airport

that a male staff member insisted on carrying a grocery bag to the room after a day out and followed us (2 females) into the room when we didn’t need assistance to start with

You charged us 3;times the posted amount for this horrible place. I took pictures of the price sheet. The place was dirty on the outside and looked nasty on the inside. You really ripped us off price wise.new have traveled over 45 countries and this is the absolute worst place we have stayed. We will never use you again and will certainly let others know. How can you inflate the price so badly? It was so loud. We had to pay for a transfer when the hotel offered free transfers all along. Going forward I will contact the hotels direct. Your company was absolutely useless. I want a refund of the price difference. Thank you.

I didn't like I didn't receive my bond after the staff told me they have transferred my money to me. And then ignoring my enquiries/messages about it.

3 air conditioners they were all really noisy and struggled to cool the room

Good morning, I am writing to you to express our dissatisfaction with our accommodation at the Ramada Suites by Wyndham Wailoaloa Beach, Fiji from the 18/10/22-25/10/22, booking number 2127313921. The total cost including the 3.6% surcharge was $3,967.85, we think this is grossly overpriced after staying here, especially since we had family staying at the Hilton for the same price and family at the Sofitel paying less. During our stay we listed some of our main concerns: Transport from airport to hotel was 45 minutes late. We had to ask for help from the airport staff to try and get on to someone because we thought we had been left stranded. Airconditioners really loud and leaked onto our luggage TV's didn't work, were told they would be fixed the next day, had to ask again the following day, once again no one turned up and then had to ask again on the third day. From about 6.45m every morning, we would hear the upstairs restaurant dragging chairs and tables around, so we couldn't sleep The cleaning was ok, but I think for the price we were paying, it could be so much better. Very dusty, random blue stain on our sheets, grouting dirty in bathroom and a part of our shower drain missing until the very last day. We cannot fault the staff; they were all very lovely but our biggest disappointment is that fact that we don't feel we got what we paid for. We've attached some photos as a reference.
