Nice apartment in a great location.

Parking was a challenge.

The location is central to Sorrento however the apartments are set back from the main street so noise is minimised The bedrooms were spacious and the entire apartment was very clean

Beds were not made up with enough warm bedding, we had to add extra blankets. Did not feel we should be making beds after a long tiring day. Shower head was faulty and sprayed water all over the bathroom, toilet, basin and the floor. Could not connect to wi-fi. Communication was not sent to the person who booked the property, leading to follow up calls to the manager to get the access code and instruction.

The location was central and made it easy to walk around the area. Parking was provided and easy to access.

Additional blankets. The weather was very cold and although I located additional bedding, an electric blanket would have been great.

Great location in the centre of town.

Having to climb 26 steep stairs in the rain and dark. No signage. Took ages to locate. Having to ask shops where it was in the cold rain. No one knew! Owner texted me with code to get at 5:40pm and I had made several attempt throughout the afternoon with no response. We were quite traumatised by not knowing where we could find alternate accommodation at that hour of the night.

Too high up. Messy uncomfortable car park. Dangerous, uncomfortable stairs, balconies not private other guests looking in into our apartment. Carpet too old. Wardrobe and toilet too small. Very hazardous, uncomfortable spa. Waste of money and waste of an entire weekend. A total ripoff!!

Nothing - we left 1 day early because we were so uncomfortable.

No lift / ramps - access was terrible. Beds - terrible Mosquitoes - ruined the trip, couldn't work out where they were getting in, must have been the sky lights as we never had any windows or doors open. Facilities were old & worn out. Toaster must have been 20 years old, TV's were tiny. Wifi was a joke. BBQ was unusable. Curtains were hopeless, whole room was lit up at night time due to a stupidly positioned night light outside. Shower was awful, had to step over a massive step to get into it.

it’s having all the facilities as we expected. cleaned and well organised. communication was really easy.

The milk was out of date by 7months and not enough tea and coffee for six people. A lot of stairs to get to apartment
