Residence Inn by Marriott San Jose North/Silicon Valley

Absolutely great Location. I felt safe leaving my car here in the parking lot overall it was just a good environment. The type of people that stay here are not sketchy the hotel looked brand new. The room smell good my goodness the shower pressure was just absolutely incredible large bathroom, comfortable bed not not too soft medium firm which is good man felt like I struck a gold mine. I staying here for the very first time will definitely come back. I really like that they had a laundry basket and two free waters in the kitchen and then like an extra mirror in the bathroom if you wanted to see yourself really close.

The only small thing that was a very minor issue was the walk-in shower like the floor. It looked a little dirty like it needed to be cleaned a little bit more but other than that really can’t complain. We’ll still for sure. Come back.

This is by far one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! We were on a road trip from Seattle to Newport Beach, CA so San Jose was a good stopping point for our 2nd night of traveling. We loved this place so much that we booked it again on our way back! The location is superb- you are super close to everything, yet you don' have to deal with downtown traffic and parking issues (parking is vast, safe and free). There is a wonderful trail where you can walk around the hotel with amazing views of the bay. It is nice and quiet, with the occasional train sound here and there which somehow just adds to the atmosphere. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing, there are plenty of common places where you can chill out and hang out alone or with family/friends. There are laundry facilities and a well equipped gym. Everything is squeaky clean and the staff is amazing. The apartments are spacious and offer a sofa couch that converts to a queen sized bed for additional sleeping options. There is a full fridge with freezer in the kitchen which was so important to me since I had to re-freeze all the gel ice packs for our portable fridge bags. The kitchen is also fully equipped so I was able to make dinner for my kid and meal prep for the rest of the trip. There is a wonderful bar on the premises that has solid options for food (sandwiches and appetizers), and drinks. The drinks are a bit on the pricey side, but that is just hotel bars for you. The bartender Jorge was amazing. The breakfast blew us away both times. So many choices from waffles, pancakes, oatmeal and a million sides for it, yogurt, eggs (regular scrambled, egg white scramble, hard boiled) frittatas, Andouille sausage, and many more.. Levi's stadium is a few blocks away, so I know where I will be staying when there is a concert in San Jose that I want to attend! I highly recommend this place for anyone- single, couple or family.

There is not a single bad thing I have to say about this place. We loved it and will stay again for sure if we are in the area.

Spacious room. Clean and organized well. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was hot. Most staff members were helpful and polite.

Laundry facilities were outdated and the app was glitchy. Two staff members were rude. The hallways smell. Some guys, guests, were smoking weed out near the pool. The shower head is small and has no pressure.

It was clean, checked in easy but got in room and toilet wouldn’t flush. Good customer service and gave a new room quickly, but ac didn’t work really well in new room.

There was absolutely no parking! They said ya sorry it’s first come first serve on parking, I asked where should I park? They said I don’t know! Facility should have enough parking for customers.
