Fantastic sea views! We traveled with 2 little kids so we were in a 2 bedroom apartment. We needed a cot that was already ready on arrival. Everything was very clean. They came to clean daily and always changed the towels. We asked for breakfast, for which we had to go to the Sheraton hotel, which had a very large selection of food and everything was delicious.

The staff were so friendly and helpful.

New apartment, spacious, location, close to the sea.

We loved that apartment is spacious, modern and also comfortable, as there are 2 bathrooms. It is located close to the pebbly beach with an amazing view. There is a restaurant on a side if you need and many others around. As we stayed with an infant, we could definitely recommend it for families. It is easy to navigate with a stroller along the promenade and enjoy beautiful nature. Supermarket is around 10 minutes away from the place. Also we could use both inside & outside Sheraton hotel's pools.

We didn't like either check-in or check-out. On the check-in we were surprised in a bad way. When we came to the reception it was evening and worker told us that all apartments are booked and we will need to stay in the Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera Hotel's room. We were shocked at that moment as we can't stay without a kitchen because of the food allergies we have and also need to cook food for a baby. It was the first time when we experienced something like that when booking through the booking.com. How can our place be booked if we booked it around 1 month prior coming? Can you imagine an evening after the flight and taxi ride with a baby you can't get to the apartment and you know that supermarket will be closed in half an hour and you will be left without any food? As we said no, we will not stay in a hotel's room because we didn't booked it, worker told us to wait and went to talk with a manager. After he came back, he told us that we will get our apartment and the manager came to say sorry it was a mistake. Check-out was also long. As our card were charged on the arrival we expected a quick check-out, but receptionist told us, that she can't see anything in the system about the payment. So we started to search for a receipt between a bunch of others which we got through the time we stayed in Croatia. Good we found it otherwise we would be charged twice. So after this experience I would say that there is a big gap in service management.

Great location

Villas Srebreno is just a few kilometers away from Dubrovnik. It makes it perfect for a quiet and relaxing vacation and still you can visit the most interesting places on the coast. The villas are on beach and have a lovely backyard with trees and flowers. There is a restaurant in the front villa with very good food for lunch and dinner. The view from our apartment was breathtaking and we enjoyed the sound of the sea at evening. In walking distance you can find other good places to eat. There is also a small, but beautiful park nearby. The street in front of the villas is walking area. In one direction it leads to Mlini and on the opposite one, it will take you to a small harbour, where you can take a sea taxi to Dubrovnik. Right behind the villas is the Sheraton hotel, where you could have breakfast. The bedrooms in the appartments are a bit small, but the living room area and the bath are spacious. The beds are comfortable, so even if it’s raining, you won’t be disappointed from the bad weather.

We arrived in the evening, so we couldn’t have a good look at the place, but on the next day, we’ve noticed, that the appartment was cleaned only superficially. The towels in the bathroom were fresh, but there were crumbs left on the table in the living room, there was dirt and sand in and under the carpets in the both bedrooms and generally dust on the furniture. We also noticed, that when we push the button for cleaning service, they would only come to change towels and throw away the garbage, which we didn’t need every day. As we like to keep clean and wherever we go, we would take shoes off and maintain the place as if we were at home, it wasn’t nice feeling... so we had to go to the reception and explicitly ask for a general cleaning in order not to stay in dirty apartment. The breakfast, we were offered to try at the Sheraton was 18€ per person (after currency exchange) was in our opinion not worth. The quality of the vegetables and the fruits was poor (they had no taste). Generally, the variety was ok, but having your own kitchen at the villa, you may buy everything they would offer you at the hotel from the local store and pay much less about it.

Convenience of an apartment, facilities of a hotel. Srebreno / Mlini is a beautiful, relaxing base to explore the area.

No lift, so had to haul bags up, but not a big issue!
