the location. its just beside pavilion.
1. the bathroom - there's only 1 bathroom. a shared bathroom. situated between master bedroom and the other room. seriously? 1 bathroom?
2. the boiler thingy in the master bedroom. its loudddddddddddddd. like what??? really??
3. the wardrobe in the master bedroom seems like it was not clean and manage...so dusty.
4. there's ants on the kitchen counter top and behind the fridge.
5. why is there a work clothes and towels hanging around at the veranda??

Only the location is the best which at bukit bintang KL.
Over all not that cleaness. The sink was very dirty and only one roll of toilet paper provided for us 6 persons stay for 2 days. The toilet paper given also not the whole roll. Water pipe and aircon were leaking. When requested for one more toilet paper. Didnt provided. Still requested for 300 myr deposit.
Which we so worries our 300 myr will gone. I am sorry to say this not a good stay.

There were sting food left in the microwave, our family clean them up yet the microwave were already broken and cannot be used. The plastic of the mattress were not taken off, uncomfortable to sleep on, the toilet were not clean, stain in the toilet bowl.

The accomodations is so easy to find. Located on all famous and attractive place. The security is good. For the house, the living room spacious. Enough for our group of friends consists 6 people to chill together that we decided to slept together at the living room. Can fitted 1 double sized mattress and 3 single sized mattress. Got wifi and netflix. Perfect! Kitchen functioning well.
The bathroom and toilet seems like it never get scrub. Got water leaking from ceiling on some parts of the bathroom. First room's air conditioner not functioning well that water started leaking a lot. Needed to put towel on the floor after that and never used that aircond again on the rest of our stay. No big mirror in the house. Not even a vanity table. Just got one in the bathroom. We needed to get ready using the mirror from bathroom that it so uncomfortable if there is still got a person showering. The house got unpleasent smell when we first checked in. We open all the window first for air circulations and spray perfume then it got better

Staff was helpful and check in was easy. The location is perfect, easy access to Pavilion & middle of Bukit Bintang area.
The bathroom is not clean. It has mold and mildew and shower cream was not provided. Parking in the mall is expensive too.
