The apartment is in need of a refresh. There seemed to be mould in various areas and the whole place smelt of paint. There were areas around the apartment where we could only assume the mould had been painted over. The main issue was the apartment was absolutely freezing cold with no heating at all. Also the hot water was very random and would go freezing cold whilst showering, can only assume the boiler needs looking at. We only managed to shower once in 3 days. Would also be handy to have somewhere to hang towels in the bathrooms. The positive...nice residential area close to supermarket and 10 mins walk to beach.
