The staff were amazing, location was great & I loved the room! I stayed there for Taylor Swifts ERA's Tour & they customised my stay to make it even more special with Taylor Swift playing in my room, friendship bracelets & cookies. It was amazing!

Service on arrival and departure was, as always, excellent

Service at breakfast was very disappointing (for the first time ever). Our order was very simple (we both had exactly the same) but only one was delivered. i asked for the second and even then the kitchen had to ring their bell multiple times for it to be served (I could see it sitting on the kitchen servery). On leaving, one of the waiters (who was very professional throughout) advised there would be no charge which did markedly improve the experience!

We didnt realise Taylor Swift was in town. The ongoing Taylor Swift music in the hotel was a bit much.

Loved how they embraced Taylor Swift. The hotel was so nice!!! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Was very quiet at night. The bars were both stunning. Location perfect!
