we loved the personal friendly service and the location was excellent

the mattress was a bit hard so we used my yoga mat to add some softness 🙂 would have been great to have a kettle but we made do with a saucepan

Everything was excellent.

Nothing.

Though the room is spacious and the kitchen equipped, some crucial amenities are missing. There is only hand soap in the bathroom but no shower gel nor shampoo. We stayed three nights but towels were never changed. Nobody ever came to tidy the beds and no cleaning service was provided at all in spite of Covid 19 measures. In addition, the manager never contacted us for the check out procedure and expelled us from our room at 11 am telling us “you should have left before ten” as a greeting remark. We had not been informed about it on checking in. On leaving, no offer to book a taxi or carry the luggage down the extremely steep road was made. The most unexpected instruction was to buy our own plastic bags at the supermarket and take out the trash by ourselves respecting the recycling scheme of Lipsi municipality. Finally, Wifi hardly ever works. No receipt was ever given which is quite surprising as well. On the whole, there is a blatant lack of information about this place and Booking.com should be more specific about it: is it a hotel, a group of villas, a residence? Given the absence of amenities and service, it is really overpriced: 486 euros three nights in August.

Location

Stavros, our contact person on site, gave us a warm welcome and was always there for us in case of problems. We really appreciated that very much.

Cookware was pretty poor. ( e.g no wine glasses at all). Some of the cookware items should be replaced more often.

Location was very good , the villa was clean with nice forniture

It was supposed to have a laundry service but the owner told us it was not available. this service needs to be improved
