There's nothing not to like about the place

A repeat visit due to the beautiful grounds and previous experience. It is a very relaxing environment. The restaurant staff are very good and customer focused

This stay was looking to another booking through my employer. There was some confusion over some booking details, which i looked to resolve at the reception. The attitude of the receptionist and the reservations manager was appalling - my wife was very upset, they simply refused to understand our viewpoint and basically did not care. Despite raising the situation with the owner, this did not alter the situation. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a hotel reception and reservations team. For this reason, I will not return.
