The view from our balcony was just amazing. Room was large enough for us and the bed was comfortable. There are 3 rooms at the ground floor but we are secluded from the others. Weather was very hot, but, roo m is in shade after noon so it is very cool so that we did not use air conditioner.

It is a bit hard to have breakfast at balcony between 8 and 10:30 am because of sunshine coming directly between these hours. Walking to old town takes 30 minutes, and there is a bus passing by the street in front of the apartment around 45th minute of each hour and the bus is sometimes very crowded. It is hard to walk to old town on hot summer days. It is hard to find a taxi in Kotor, because they don't want to go to close destinations and request more money.

The view is amazing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, providing everything we needed. We requested a heater and floor rug, which were promptly provided. The cookware is in good condition

This apartment is not suitable for four people because the sofa bed is broken, and sleeping on it is uncomfortable. The hot water in the bathroom is only sufficient for one person, and you have to be very quick because the boiler can reach a very low level of water. Only one of the four people could take a shower with hot water. Additionally, credit cards are not accepted, which may not be very convenient for people who are not used to carrying cash

The living room sofa was not very comfortable.

The hostess made us feel incredibly welcome and was available at all times to help us with whatever we needed! It felt like a homestay! The apartment has everything you'd need for a cozy stay. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped.

Our only complaint is that the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor! There is a drain there to collect the water though.

Fabulous view of Kotor old town from a good sized balcony. The apartment is clean and well equipped and Sonja is always on hand should you need anything else to make your stay perfect. Plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. The apartment is outside the main city which given how crowded and noisy it can get is a massive bonus. The private beach is a bonus. The walk is about 20/30 minutes into the city. There is a bus once an hour each way. Just after the hour from the Mau to Kotor and about 50 minutes to the hour return. Good to know but that said the walk is a pleasure.

Very helpful and kind host, giving us everything we needed and also some travel tips. Perfect location and nice view of the Bay of the Kutor.

The view is amazing and you can enjoy the view from the terrace. Apartment is equiped eith everything needed for a comfy stay. And your dog companions are wormly welcomed.

Beautiful location, we spent really nice time in here. The host Sanja is really warm and helpful person. The apartment has everything what you could need for the start.

There was a fridge

The bed sheets had holes in and were stained, the duvet was not big enough for the double bed, the wifi only worked every other five minutes, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the outside seating area was sad and dirty, there were no sun loungers/umbrellas as the listing suggested (the host explained the reason after we queried this). We were really disappointed as the pictures do not correctly reflect the listing. It was not worth the €40 per night.
