1. Charles. Communicates extremely quickly. Thorough. Even transfered our bags when we switched apartments to stay a bit longer. Amazing! Communicating through booking.com translate can be a bit funny in english so keep it simple. First appartement I will check for availability if I return. And I would happily choose Agora over cheaper options. 2. Energy. Step in and really feel it. The wooden beams. The stone walls. The space, especially because of the window between the sleeping and livingroom. The extra stairs up to a hidden mindful reading tower. Go sit in the sun up there in the morning. Wauw. 3. Comfort. Lots of different kitchen tools. Comfy bed. Clean. Nice thick towels. Nice bluetooth audio speaker. Art and cozy lights. Very complete brochure with loads of info and instructions. Generous self check in (as early as 15:00) and out (as late as 12:00!). 4. Privacy and quiet. Only when the downstairs neighbours had a Friday evening party did we hear anyone. Even then we slept very peacefully because the bedroom is on the quieter back side of the building. 5. Amazing location. Favorite authentic Japanese bento place around the corner. Best coffee (Bun) is a bit further but still only 10min walk. Similar distance to botanical garden. Montpellier is great to walk around in. Agora is a great starting point and easy to pop in for a short refreshing rest during the day.

Only minor details: 1. Boiler does not have capacity to fully fill a warm bath. Pity. 2. User design of sink downstairs bit cramped. Sink is narrow so when you bend down to rinse your mouth after toothbrushing you can hit your head on the glass ledge. 3. Floor upstairs bathroom stays wet after shower. The stick to pull the water is too narrow. Need a wider water pulling tool. 4. Couch is a bit soft. You sink into it. You can easily ignore any and all flaws because the rest is so amazing. And literally no apartment is perfect. Narrow stairs are a bit tricky for some of us. But they are also very romantic. So nice to hear Charles has helped others with their luggage too. No parking in an old city center? Very normal!

Mix up on key safe code that we received made for a rather stressful arrival! Spiral staircase up to the apartment is indeed very steep and narrow. Really only suitable for small weekend bags.

Great apartment ! Loved it. Spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. Very quiet. Good mattress in double bedroom. Convenient location in historic part of Montpellier. Castle turret style stairs up to third floor good fun but not for everyone I guess..

Couldn’t figure out how to use the dishwasher ! Ensuite loo seat unclips. Hardly a drama 😂

Very good location and spacious. 2 bathrooms is the bonus.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, very well equipped with two bathrooms, basic kitchen facilities and air conditioning. We would definitely stay again. Location is also fantastic, close to everything, yet quiet during the night. Check in and out is easy and self service. Would recommend to friends too.
