Everything was wonderful! The staff took great care of us — they are exceptionally welcoming, kind, and truly caring. The hostel is very comfortable, spotless, and located in a great spot. The kitchen was also very clean and well-organized.

For the price that it is asked, it is ok ... don t expect luxury accomodations but it works.

We really enjoyed our stay here and felt right at home. The hostel is decorated in a South Asian style; the host speaks English well, is very friendly, and is happy to give tips on things to do in Lisbon. He also makes a point of asking if anything is missing or if we need anything else. Whether it was a fresh towel or a place to hang our laundry, we were always helped with a smile.
The hostel is located in a very lively area; it gets very noisy on the street at night. You have to be able to handle that. We didn’t like the strong smell of mothballs in the room. We had to remove all the mothballs right away just to be able to breathe. As a woman, I didn’t like that the toilets in the shared bathrooms were also used by male guests to urinate standing up. Unfortunately, that wasn’t pleasant.
