The hotel was just as described. It is so lovely and tastefully decorated. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony, large closets and comfy beds. The staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It is in a central area: Casco Viejo is pretty walkable and has great coffee shops and restaurants but we still found the hotel quiet and intimate. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

Nothing to dislike about this place. You'll just regret that you didn't stay longer.

Fantastic location and staff. The room was beautiful, immaculately maintained and serviced daily. Small thoughtful touches everywhere made it special.

A great place to stay - very unique with a lot of chracater - a lto of thought had been put inot the details. Great faciliites with a rooftop bar and restuarant as well as a more casual coffee shop underneath. Staff friendly and helpful

Staff was excellent. So helpful and kind. Beds were super comfortable with lots of great pillows. Balcony was a big hit since smoking is allowed outside on balcony. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Room was lovely, bathrooms was huge with a great shower and lots of great products. Location is great, you can walk everywhere.

We really wished it had a pool, but that is rare. Our last night there was some pounding base music nearby until wee hours. They provide earplugs! Welcome to Panama!

I loved the hotel, helpfulness of the staff, cleanliness and the desire to go the extra mile for the guest.

The noise was horrendous on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There is a rooftop (4th floor) restaurant where music is played very loudly so the earplugs provided, though helpful, do nothing to stop the vibration from the "thumping" of the music. The property would have been a 10 but for the noise. Also the hotel is at the fringe of a neighborhood of extreme poverty. I felt quite safte as the police station was on the corner and there are strong police presence throughout the Old Town of Casco Viejo. I would not stay anywhere else but Casco Viejo.

breakfast was not included; local inbuilding restaurant was not great, but a very good restaurant was 1 street away. This was a treasure, and recommend that those with a choice of districts when visiting PC pick this district (historic) and this hotel (central, and within reach of restaurants and sites). The staff - actually the GM - was extremely helpful, and made the visit that much more pleasurable.

the bedding was like one could imagine sleeping on a cloud. location is easy access to all great restaurants in old town. loved the chandelier over the bed and luxurious bathroom.

construction across the street has you up by 7:30. no big deal for me, but others may be bothered by noise.

This is lovely boutique hotel. Room design was interesting; bathroom stellar. Location in Cascade Viejo was great. Staff, great. Eva and Mirielle were warm, patient and informative. They are extremely helpful. We had a car rental FUBAR that Mirielle. Even after check-out and off property, helped us solve. Eva was so helpful w/dining suggestions and arrangements. Like us,she is a scuba diver and mapped out our route to the town 6 hrs away that we were headed to. Told us exactly what to expect on the route, where to stop for breaks and the food scene once we got there. And, of corse, a lot of diving info. We cannot recommend this hotel more. Perhaps the best staff we’ve experience in over 30 years of traveling internationally.

the design of the rooms, the decor and reception staff were great. The recommendations provided for bars and restaurants were spot on.

On the last night a we were disturbed by a local concert until 6 am ( yes six am ), the attached cafe offered a pretty average breakfast, there was much better to be had just down the street

Staff is very nice; location is ideal; place is clean; facilities are beautiful including a nice balcony with view.

The rooftop music continues throughout the night, which (especially the heavy base) can be heard in the room and makes it hard to fall asleep.

I liked the soap shampoo and the conditioner. the pressure of the hot water was great. the bed was big and super comfy. the patios are a nice touch.

I didn’t like how there was no red bricks on the road in front of property. the patio didn’t have the best view of casa viejo
