1. Good value for money if you stay with 2-3 families; 2. Heated floors everywhere on the 1st level (electric) - fantastic. It is only 1 home we met with it through all Finland. It is absolutely comfortable! 3. Very good fireplace. You can leave glass door open and no signs of smell of smoke present. There is metal grid/net, it prevent firewood fell out (safety feature). Once fireplace is hot, it will keep warmth for a long time. 4. Electric Sauna inside the house, separate exit door from sauna to veranda as well. 5. Good and fast WI-Fi internet. We were 3 families and all of us had some devices to use an internet sources - no issue with the connection and speed. 6. Well equipped kitchen. 7. For us it was good location - quiet place. To reach ski slope/ski track you can walk (7 minutes) or drive by car (3 minutes). 8. From both leaving room you can see ski slope, it is illuminated. From the main room - huge window with forest view. 9. Few sleds for a kids.

Not really negative moments; better say- advises to whom who will rent: - During winter season, house might be feels cold when you enter. It is normal for any house if nobody heated it before for a some time (nobody leaved). Adjust heated floors (there are 6 or 7 control switches), use fireplace and after some hours your kids will walk with T-short only (outside might be minus 30). - Sauna will show 110 degrees but in reality temperature inside is about 90-95. - Nobody will clean snow from veranda except you. But all equipment to do it is available. Of course, you do not need to do it (clean) if you do not want. But it looks better when cleaned.
