The apartment is very centrally located, just a short walk from the centre, very well surrounded by shops, restaurants, churches, breakfast bars, means of transport and nice ambience. The apartment is very clean, airy and spacious with the necessary equipment. I really liked that the third person gets a mini apartment for themselves with another bathroom.

The only thing I did not like was the house rule that aircondition is automatically switched off from 11pm to around 8am. If there is a heat wave (which we had) it is impossible to sleep because it is too hot. Moreover, being a busy pedestrian street with a bit of life at night (especially in the weekend), it was not possible to sleep with the windows open because of the noise. Another thing (but this we knew beforehand!) is that there is no lift in the building, which is a shame because otherwise it was all very nice.

The location is excellent.

The lounge area only has a two seater couch so not suitable for four guests. The airconditioning turns off around 23h15 and it is not possible to open the window for air as the street below is very busy and noisy. Both late night and early morning . Having fans in the rooms in the hot season will probably be a good idea. The basics necessaries were limited . The WiFi only works in common area.
