"Robot" (remote human via video link) checkin was good. Rooms were a good size and decorated nicely.
The stairs were a bit brutal. If you're used to staying in a hotel with a lift then the 65 vertical stair climb to the 4th floor is a bit of an 'adventure' especially with luggage. This could be make clearer on the website.
The noise is a non-trivial level. Continuing way past midnight it's a mix of raucus bars, aircon humming and glasses clinking. They did mention it on the site, so don't ignore this if you're a light sleeper.

All well, stairs too steep, can't be helped.

Great location and really cute hotel! Loved it so much. Very easy check in.

Great location for central Amsterdam, in amongst the bars and shops. The beds were very comfy and the check in process convenient, as were the lockers for leaving luggage after check out.
The shower was barely a dribble and the bathroom was poorly kept and needed some TLC. The coffee machine didn't work and had an old dirty capsule left in it. The walls were sloping over the bed so it felt very small.

"Der super Service von Alessio!!
Bekanntlich sind die Treppen in Amsterdam ziemlich schmal und eng, ohne zu zögern wurde mir mit dem
Koffer in den 2 Stock geholfen.
Zudem ging meine Klimaanlage nicht ..."
