Everything was perfect, nice staff, beautiful villa, private pool, services, we were excited.

the villa is cosy, comfortable, easy to navigate with a home feeling. we really liked it as a family and our time there was great.

the vila is well located in Jimbaran, near to the seafood by the sea restaurants. The interior of the vila is beautiful with a nice swimming pool. i would have given a 9 if the person in charge to liaise for the booking was more courteous. we stayed 3 nights and I asked the PIC and the vila of the possibility of late check out, he didn’t come back and respond until the last day when we are about to check out and he didn’t allow late check out with reason that some other guests are checking in. And another unsound experience is that there is a cleaning fee that they wanted to impose me, despite this never been communicated earlier or in any details mentioned as condition to the booking. it’s not about the amount of it, but by principle it is not right to charge guests without prior communication. We stayed in other villa , we paid the price and we never being asked for extra like this ever before.

the layout of the villa, the location and the details of the property is beyond my expectation. absolutely outstanding. kitchen utensils and cooking utensils also very very complete. the only drawback is there is no more than 3 bedrooms villas in the area. staffs also very friendly and pleasant. good job keep up the good work! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
