Excellent breakfast with as many croissants or pain au chocolat as you wanted and four types of delicious jam. Convenient location close to main roads around Rouen.
The hotel is situated in a rather drab area of industrial estates and looks rather run down. The room was rather small for three people and the floor was stained.

Value for money. Clean and comfortable.

Good breakfast. Everything we needed.
Good location - we were on this route through France so did not have to deviate from route at all.
The check in facility was ridiculous. No reception open hardly at all and the machine in the lobby to check in was really inefficient. Kept going round and round or bringing up errors to obtain a room number and access code. Not what you need when you have travelled a long way and just want to get to your room. This spoilt the hotel for us.

Location was ideal for an overnight stop going south, with parking outside.
The room was smaller than other B&B Hotels we have stayed in before. The first room we were given had a broken toilet seat but when mentioned to reception we were quickly offered a different room.
