Loved the chic cool bed room with built in glass enclosed TV.. service was great. Great location.. try the Versailles cafe next door also the choupana brunch place. Absolutely easy to get to old city Oh the breakfast has a automatic pancake maker !! So cool

Ok the only thing that was a bit odd the towels were bit rough not fluffy hotel quality they are clean etc but it just did not fit kn with whole ultra modern room

Superb hotel,great location ,wonderful staff, we fully recommend Our stay there and first visit to Lisbon couldn't have been better; one request before arriving was to have the rooms pre-heated( in December) and we found really warm and pleasant temperature inside. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless clean, bright , with great city views from the windows; very comfortable beds and very good breakfast; the young man ALFONSO, who attended guests for breakfast is extremely polite, friendly and attentive. Excellent location with Saldanha metro station right in front of the entrance to the hotel, many bus stations also very close. One of the strong points of this hotel is its brilliant reception desk staff, the ones we met : MARIANA, DIEGO, BEATRIZ, INES, GONCALO , are highly competent,helpful, friendly and kind, speaking several foreign languages and giving useful information and advice about means of transport, sights in the city, restaurants. They even used to bring apples, a bottle of water and sweets to the rooms every day. Many thanks again to all of them! We will definitely return to this hotel in the future! MUITO OBRIGADA Mariana

The walls are paper thin, if you plan on trying to sleep don’t bother staying here !! staff were not helpful at all with the people playing loud music upstairs could also hear the sound of people in opposite rooms coughing all day/night. The room has a weird two way mirror covering the TV and surrounds super odd.

The staff has been friendly and willing to help; moreover, their English is excellent. A lot of attention has been paid to the cleanliness of the room.

Breakfast hasn't been varied - the same limited options every day. The single bed in the duplex is quite uncomfy.

i didn’t like the breakfast I felt like there should’ve been more options and the area where you eat is too small for the building as people were stood about waiting to leave so they could sit down.

Thank you to all staff who made our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable! Breakfast was good, could be more options, but yet again because staff was so attentive I didn't care! They didn't mind me taking some hot water to the room, they even allowed us to bring breakfast upstairs once when I wasn't feeling well. Location is superb, metro station is literally in front of hotel. And you can get to Old town within 10 minutes. Room was clean, they even left us a note to wish my husband a happy birthday with some extra cakes and sweets. Unfortunately cannot remember all of their names only Corinna from reception who was super friendly! Thanks to your staff again! Hope to see you soon!

The beds were really comfortable and location was great.

Breakfast could have been a bit better and the hotel is bit smaller than I had imagined but not an overall con.
