The staff were very friendly, the size of the room was exactly what we expected, and it had everything we needed

First — and this is important if you’re travelling by car — I would strongly advise against leaving your car at the Indigo car park near the hotel. Just look at the reviews: there are an alarming number of reports of break-ins, smashed windows and luggage being stolen from cars, along with plenty of photos showing the damage. We absolutely didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there, so we had to book a secure car park instead — and the nearest suitable option we found was a full 20-minute walk from the hotel. Definitely something to keep in mind if you’re arriving with a car and luggage. Secondly, the room itself is really showing its age. The doors are all scratched and worn, the mattress springs squeak, there was a huge crack in the glass of the balcony door, and in the kitchenette the wall was badly swollen and damaged, almost as if something had exploded there (see photo). There is basically no soundproofing either: we fell asleep to a very heated debate happening somewhere outside and woke up to the sound of glass bottles being thrown into the bins. Thirdly, breakfast was extremely basic. A lady behind the counter hands you a couple of croissants, some butter, cheese and coffee. It all felt rather sad and underwhelming, to be honest.

Very clean, comfortable with parking next door. Helpful staff. Well equipped room. Easy walk to Vieux Port.

Proximity to Old Port. Short walking distance from main station.

Could do with more free tea/coffee

Die Lage, auch wenn das Parkaus gebührenpflichtig ist, kann man zu Fuß alles erreichen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Das App.hat die besten Tage hinter sich. Das Bad ist zu klein und bietet kaum Ablageflächen. Das Duschen in einer alten Badewanne ohne Griffmöglichkeit kann lebensgefährlich sein. Die Spritzwasser-abtrennung ist unnötig ä, das Badezimmer ohnehin nach den Duschen unter Wasser steht. Die Klimaanlage regelte die Temperatur max. auf 25 Grad herunter. Kühler war nicht möglich. Geschirrtatabs, - Spül -und Trockentücher erhält man nur auf Anfrage. Das Bett ist m.E. keine 2 Meter lang, da meine Füße bei einer Körpergröße von 1,83 m fast aus dem Bett hingen
