swimming pool is good but lil bit too much of chlorine.

The Resort needs more Sun loungers, I only saw one.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and impeccably clean. It featured modern furnishings and a cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The room also had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a safe for my valuables. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

No breakfast offered

I didn’t like the fact that we stayed 7 nights and booked two separate rooms, and our rooms were never cleaned, our sheets were never cleaned or changed, no clean towels, we were handed the keys and we saw no one to clean anything.

The building was in good shape sum lovely condos

We had paid 1000b for what was ment to be an up grade to a penthouse suite. But was just a room with a bath room very poor standard I call plan b and the lady was like yes that is penthouse suite I told her the condo we had booked and paid extra for was a one bedroom with an ensuite she said you .not like room go get new room sum were else by this stage we had been travelling 22 hrs and were burnt out so I said we will take the room for now but need to move to what we paid for asap she said pay the cleaner 1000b for breakages and hung up for days I called and emailed with no contact being made so we were stuck in that 12 by 14 room for 28 nights. Then to topi it all bookings. Com took to payments of my credit cad but never paid the agent plan b so the second day I had to pay for the room again 3 times I paid for the room the last time with my debit card and am still trying to get the two payments back from them and had to rise a dispute the my credit card provider nightmare.

The pool is very good and a well equipped gym and the 7/11and family mart close by Easy getting picked up by Bolt The cleaning lady did a very good job and changed sheets and towels when we wanted.She was very helpful

15 minute walk to the beach on a busy road Take a flashlight if walking from beach at night so you don't get run over. Daytime no problem Security not let you walk in common grounds inside after 9pm!!

A lot of attention has been put into keeping with the Venetian theme. Especially the lagoon style pools. Good security and clean room with kitchen.

Worst experience I've ever had for travelling. Very dirty, lot of molds in headboard. worst thing, registration woman was very rude when I made a complaint.

It was very difficult. You walk around the whole building to find the correct building just to pull keys out of a box. Terrible system, don’t trust it.

10/10 don’t recommend. It’s nothing like the pictures and the staff is poor. The hotel system is not how a hotel should be run.

no restaurant as advertised, no safety deposit box as advertised, took over an hour to bring room key on arrival and poor communication. made up for it with the room as it was nice.

Even though the water in the toilet kept running, I told the manager of the water bottle, But he didnt do anything at all, so i fixed it myself. Even though March 10th is my birthday, I can t stay here, so I canceled it a day early, but Booking.com didnt deal with my money or management at all. 10th one night canceled. But the money is withdrawn. The worst,the worst,the worst, the worst.

Cold shower for 1 month no cooking tools for the stove to safe electricity and 600% more expensive then other apartments in same area and thay renting it out on fb 4 times cheeper then on bookings

surprise as a fraud extra payments, 500 baht plus 20 percent extra the room is super used and old marks on the floor, needs to be painted, water presure week, they make you pay but no reciept, gards are nice, but host are unhappy un freindly worst experiance on all of thailand be aware, for cheaper accomodation better place i recommend tevan jomtien uts the best for the price range

Mold on the bed head, no wifi, no hot water, air-conditioning was filthy with dirt and dust

The building looks nice as the photo shows and the pool was great! Lovey designs. 1 minute walk to 7-11 7-10 minutes walk to House of Benedict (must check it out!) Room have all cleaning kit, kitchen (microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer, cookery) so you can warm up your food or cook. Though should provide fire extinguisher.

The security was unwelcoming. There was 2 barrier and we didnt know which side to enter, the security man was playing on his phone, looked at us then look back at his phone. Thank you to the other security (i think he was car parking man by Block D) who told us what to do and told the guy on the phone to open the barrier. He then gave us a sassy look. This happens twice!! Check in was confusing, you will have to call a phone number to know where the key is and to tell them that you are checking in-out (waited 10mins for the house keeper to come give us the key but didnt turn up as she was on lunch) so had to call the owner (i guess) she told us to just get the key from the post box at the lobby (again thank you the parking service man who helped us and told us what to do & where to go). Omg the room was grim! Bed head board was full of dust, stains on bed, stains on sofa chairs, mouldy ice container in the freezer. Very smelly room especially the bathroom! We end up cleaning the whole room, mopping and use lots of room spray (all provided in the room) Very tried room. 806 It is NOT a resort or hotel its a Condominium Air B&B style self service. I say pay 500-1000฿ more for proper hotel nearby.
