Die Glastische sind schon etwas aus der Zeit gefallen (90er Flair)

Top ausgestattete wohnung. Auch der Garten läd im Sommer zum verweilen ein. Haben uns zu dritt + Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Vermieter hatte auch Brötchenservice angeboten, die waren morgens nach dem aufstehen auch direkt da. War mega 😁

Vielleicht etwas „hellhörig“. Geräusche aus den benachbarten Wohnungen waren vernehmbar.

Ferienhaus Wotan was a perfect choice for us (2 adults with 8 year old and dog). The location was peaceful, with a big supermarket nearby and easy walking distance from all main destinations in Thale. The kitchen is very well stocked allowing guests to cook and bake anything. There is also a barbeque available in the little garden with terrace. Everything was clean and a lot of the furniture seemed very new. It was so easy to relax there after a day out walking!

The quietness of the neighborhood, but still in walking distance to all the restaurants and activities. The perfect balance in the flat between functionality and relaxation is just grate. We will definitely coming back.

The only "sad" thing to say about Wotan is that there is not any bad things to say at all. 😊

Comfortable, clean, comfortable bed, the kitchen has everything you might need.

1. Very poor Wi-Fi quality in our apartment. We lived upstairs, and to get a good signal frequently had to sit on the stairs leading down. 2. The description isn't exactly accurate: it says that the apartment has a terrace, but the terrace is shared with other apartments in the house, so you can't really use it if a big group of other guests is already there. 3. Be ready to pay more than expected. After booking we received a message that dog fee is €15 per day, which is much more than we ever had to pay before. Only this year we with our dog went to South Tyrol (no extra fee), South Moravia (€4 per day), Lower Austria (€5 p.d.), Thuringian Forest (€5 p.d) and Bavaria (€10 for the entire stay). The owner was very kind and gave us a discount, but we still had to pay more than usually. Of course the owners may have their reasons to ask for a higher fee and it's their right to ask as much as they see fit, but they'd better announce the price in the description - otherwise it becomes an unpleasant surprise. Also, on top of the apartment price we had to pay tourist tax that wasn't mentioned in the description (on the contrary, the description said that the price "includes taxes and charges"). So the final price was almost 30% higher than the announced one.
