- Priscilla at breakfast who was very helpful when my back hurt and I had several requests.
- great breakfast which isn't easy in hotels in Brazil.
30 min from city centre (but uber cheap, so was ok and calm and fresh air made up for it).
We stayed in a city centre 5 star hotel first and we had the noise of helicopters taking off and landing and city traffic. Sao Paolo is a huge city!

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, the room was really nice and the staff was amazing!
The room had a lot of wear and tear, the headboard was peeling and there was no grout around the tub. There is not much to do besides going to the pool. We also had a horrible experience with room service, We ordered 2 hamburgers that were R$90 each, they came burnt with a bread that tasted old. We complained and all they did was give us a complementary desert. We had to pay for something that was pretty much impossible to eat. all the food we had was good but not really worth the price.
