The location, clean pools and security and Nora's assistance

Paradise. Friendly staff. Clean pools. No loadsheddings, although they were scheduled. Enough braai facilities.

No wheelchair accessibility, except to reception. Steps towards the beach not too friendly to the disabled nd the aged.

I liked the location and the reception by the contact person Nora. She's exceptional. I would certainly choose her apartment again when I come on holiday.

There's none I can pinpoint because everything was good or great as an understatement.

Very neat and quiet place, friendly staff, undercover parking, bbq facilities available, swimming pools next to rooms, beach is walking distance away, dstv/netflix/roxy available, close to shopping centres and a kids play area next to rooms.

The place is a residential complex and not a holiday resort. We expected a holiday place. It was a bit restricted as there was no separation between residents and holiday people.

Staff was helpful from day 1. Very close to the beach and not many people on the beach which was even better because it was quiet and relaxing. Pool was right outside the door. Spacious. Felt more like a home than a holiday destination. Bathroom was really nice

There was roaches in the cupboards and in some rooms. The toaster was infested with them, we put it on and roaches just started crawling out of there as if they was escaping the heat being generated. Some evidence of roaches walking on the fridge as well because there was eggs along the rubber areas, thankfully nothing was inside the fridge. The host did contact me to apologize for that because they had the place cleaned out and the roaches could of possibly came from the neighbors. Towels should of been provided as well. Not enough blankets, alot of pillows though. Lighting could of been better in some areas of the house as when the lights was on it was still dark in some areas. The only thing that worried me the most was the roaches, but if you exclude that it was a very good stay.

The proximity to the beach and pools. The friendliness of staff. The kids play area.

The parking is so small and entrance so tight. Too many unnecessary rules. Signage everywhere like it is a boarding school. No loud music, no alcohol on any sitting area near pool. No tub made it difficult bathing kids.
