Absolutely loved this place, wish that we had been able to stay longer. Fabulous interesting historic building, a warm welcome, fabulous breakfast and a great location to explore the historic heart of the town. Definitely want to book this one again.
The swimming pool was a tad chilly but honestly nothing really to dislike here.

In the centre of Trancoso. Self contained 2 storey annexe well equipped. Lovely pool and great breakfast. Historic old property. Street parking nearby.

The location is so lovely, right in the middle of the town overlooking the town square. The breakfast was delicious and the staff serving breakfasts were super helpful and friendly. The communal rooms were comfortable and homely.
The place was very clean. The pool was a great bonus.
Our first room was very quirky, on 2 floors, with windows that opened to the main corridor and a dormer window above the bed that didn't open. Although there was very good air con, personally we found the room suffocating as we felt we needed fresh air. Riccardo the manager kindly changed our rooms for the 2nd night and we had a lovely spacious room with a big bed overlooking the town square.
