Kudafushi Resort & Spa

My second time in the Maldives, and this hotel has genuinely impressed me. What surprised me the most was the incredible value for money. Honestly, it exceeded everything we expected. The staff here are exceptionally kind, attentive and genuinely caring. They somehow make you feel seen and personally looked after -something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, the whole island is spotless, the restaurants are beautifully maintained, and the food is genuinely delicious. I’ve stayed at another resort in the Maldives before -one that was almost twice as expensive -and, in my experience, the level of service didn’t compare to what we’ve received here. So, from someone who has experienced both: this resort is a true gem. ✨ We would absolutely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend it. 100%.

Honestly, we couldn’t find any downsides. It might sound strange, but for us, there simply weren’t any.

The manager is doing a great job. Staff is generally sweet and helpful. I essentially live in the spar. The staff there are professional and exceptionally well trained ❤️. I could go on suffice to say I enjoyed my stay.

The last day introduced me to staff that were a bit different.

The buffet breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are excellent, with fresh grilled fish and meat to choose from. A selection of baked goods, ice cream, and fresh fruit are also available.

*Extremely* poorly lit at night and not enough signage made it really difficult to walk around/find the resto for dinner. It's old- all of the wood has turned grey and soft; loose boards; not vibrant anymore. Bathroom smelled of sewer
