The room was very hot, the fan didn't work properly and it made a terrible sound. We had to sleep with the door and window open.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind

The location wasn’t near to the town city ☹️ it was a long walk to get to the town city around 20 - 25 metres

Great mid-grade place to stay, not ghetto, not posh, just real nice. The attendant (manager? owner?) was kind and accommodated my late arrival and early departure. I have a bad back so the bed and memory foam pillows were a treat. Hot shower, clean everything, just a good place to stay. It's a bit outside the QRO airport zone so you don't have the prices of those airport hotels, but it's still a quick easy drive to the airport from here. The value is extraordinary.

It was pretty empty when I was there but I imagine the central/communal courtyard area could get noisy in high season. But that wasn't my problem so it's just a guess.
