Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in several HoS condos and this was my least favorite. For the price (which has gone up $500 a week in the past 5 years) you’d expect perfection. This one doesn’t have the master vanity. The master shower is plumbed incorrectly, which resulted in two days of cold showers until we figured it out. The washer and dryer are ancient, with the dryer showing visible rust. The ice maker doesn’t work. The towels are cheap and scratchy. The location is good, but there are much better condos for less on the property.

Nothing compares to her beautiful beaches, and warm blue waters. I have to be honest and this unit left me with a less than favorable review. 2 ceiling fans needed replaced, during our stay, 3.5 hours with maintenance in livingroom and twin bedroom. The sliding glass doors and screens ( which FELL on me) need replaced. The washer it stinks, read previous reviews, not a lie, it needs replaced. There has obviously been water damage in the kitchen, the baseboards are visibly rotting away. The kitchen cabinets , need attention, they are peeling. Oh! The master shower was plummed wrong, turn to cold for hot water( that was another maintenance visit!) Issues were addressed and the staff informed me that they were aware but that owners had not invested. I suggest that you verify status of unit prior to rental on this one!

One of the air conditioners on the roof was extremely loud and vibrating all night long and disrupted our sleep tremendously. this was very disappointing. The only silver lining is the office staff and maintenance team really did try to solve the issue but they were faced with an unwilling/uncooperative owner. Office staff and maintenance people were very nice.
