Location, the dock, and had enough space for all of us.

Needs freshened up, floor is coming up in the dining area and smelled musty like mold when we walked in.

didn’t like that the refrigerator didn’t work upstairs!

The location was great and we had a great view.

The fridge upstairs didn’t work; therefore, we can to go downstairs to use the other fridge. The fridge downstairs blocked the washer machine so it was hard to reach the washer machine. We didn’t receive the access badge to the beach although their note on the fridge noted to use the code c20. Everyone at the beach indicated no code has been used for some time.

The location of the place was PERFECT. It was right along the water. Waking up to the view and water was amazing.

I didn't like the fact that the third bedroom was outside. It was like a small apartment under the main house.

location was great. The deck was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Very dated. Carpet dirty and soiled. Floors were buckling in certain areas. Overall, just not clean.

It was fine once we sucked it up and got over the smell, dirt and overall disappointment. Pictures are very deceiving for what you get. Not worth the price.

Carpets need replacing, entire place needs to be renovated, smelled like a musty cigarette inside, wasn’t clean when we arrived (waited 5 hours), furniture is junk. OLD and gross! I do not recommend this home.
