Beautiful location in the mountains. 5 minutes drive from Sami. The nearby Agia Efimia was our go to place for drinks in the evening. I would absolutely recommend a car though. The apartment had everything we needed and was excellent. The pool was lovely and great to jump in after being out and about for the day.

Wifi was a bit dodgy at times. The knives in the kitchen need sharpening - they were too blunt, but we didn't report that, so it's understandable the hosts aren't aware. Water pressure at times was very low.

The swimming pool and bbq are great. The plot on which the house is build is very spacious. The sound isolation is excellent, so you hardly hear the upstairs neighbours. The area is very quiet.

In such a pricey accomodaton you don't expect to have to buy your own toilet and kitchen paper and use your own cables to get the WiFi working. The appartement seems to be stocked for four although it sleeps six. There was no changing of the bed linnen and towels even though we stayed for 1,5 week. The matresses were quite hard and uncomfortable. The host was friendly enough, but communication wasn't very smooth, leadng to several misunderstandings

It was very spacious and in a lovely quiet rural location about 5 minutes drive to Karavamilos. The pool is lovely as are the grounds. The kitchen was enormous, great for family meals and the lounge was very comfortable too. Andreas was extremely helpful settling us in. The bathroom is spacious with a bath, shower and washing machine. All the windows have fly screens and the air-conditioning is in all bedrooms. You can open the windows and get a lovely breeze through. There's seating at the front and back so you can sit in the shade/sun as you wish. Outside is a garage, a pizza oven and barbecue. It's very well equipped. The downside to the quiet location is that you have to drive, but it is a really handy spot for Sami and Agia Efimia. Sami is only a few minutes drive and is a great place for shopping and eating. There is an archaeological museum and several ruins to see. Antisammos beach is not far, as is Karavamilos and a little further towards Agia Efimia is Agia paraskevi, which is a quiet cove with sunbeds under the trees and a taverna.

Superb Villa with all the facilities included.We booked both floors ( there are two separate apartments ). The hot water never stops and for us ( a big family ) was a blessing.The pool was cleaned daily.The sheets twice a week as it was the full cleaning of the villa.Every day the gardener would come to take care of the flowers.The immense garden was full of trees and flowers.Great air conditioning in every room/living room.Just 3 min from Sami and simple access to the main road.Very calm place.The hosts were amazing an they helped us with everything that we asked for even a late check-out at 3 PM.I highly recommend this Villa for families that want to feel like in their own home.For us these were unforgettable holidays and definitively will be back next summer.
