Property was convenient for location for the events I had in the city nothing more than a 5-10min uber at most

I had laundry facility issues. Washer/Dryer door wouldn’t unlock which locked the laundry I had to get the maintenance man twice which in the end he had to remove the physical door to the washer/dryer to recover the clothes and not use it again as it was faulty.

We love staying here, its a perfect location to Southbank and casino. Have stayed here multiple times. Had an incident on one of our stays, due to disrespectful drunk people causing damage to car. But this is the only problem we’ve had in all the times we’ve been staying here. Supermarket right next door. Staff are fantastic. Love the new security doors at the entrance also. The beds are the most comfortable beds we’ve stayed in away from home, have own balcony with terrific views of the bay, I sit out there or inside looking out the window all night long. Even though the ocean is my next door neighbour at home, it’s like my home away from home when coming to the city. I barely sleep while staying here.

Our room this time could use a bit of love with a paint and new flooring, there was some damage to the room when we got there, which I took photos of, showing time taken (upon arrival). Upon showing reception this was damage from previous guests, there was no issues and our deposit was returned

The pool was closed, but it was cold and we wouldn’t have gone in anyway

Location

The TV in main living area was useless, only able to use it if you scan QR code and stream from your own phone apps. No free to air TV. The tv in bedroom was always dropping out. This was extremely poor, never experienced it before with Booking.com accommodation. False advertising. The WIFI was so poor, we didn’t use it, very weak reception. Air con was difficult to control for whole apartment. No pod coffee machine was in the apartment on arrival, had to request one from reception. This was supposed to be included in the room. The shampoo, conditioner Ave shower gel dispenser was broken so we couldn’t use it and had to buy our own. This was very poor too.
