Our stay at APT Stone Lodge was excellent! The room was incredibly spacious, giving our family of five plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire place was spotlessly clean and well equipped with mugs/ glasses/coffee/shower gel and slippers for everyone! The accommodation and surrounding area feel secure and safe. The location is perfect- just a short walk across a picturesque bridge into the old town to explore beautiful Salzburg. Also very easy to get to from the train station by trolleybus. And we really appreciated having access to the washing machine. Communication was fantastic too- the hosts were always fast to reply and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend! Definitely a highlight of our trip- and views from the castle from the bedroom window is something we will never forget!

Centrally located. Great bed & shower. Kerstin was very helpful & accommodating. Kerstin arranged for someone to take our bags which was fabulous. Thank you. We also used the mobility voucher which gave us free public transport which was a bonus.

We were on the 3rd floor. Stairs would be challenging if you have any mobility issues.

Please be aware if booking this property that there is no air conditioning.. the room was quite stuffy and hot, particularly throughout the day. The ceiling heights are very low which made us feel a little claustrophobic when in the room. It was also very difficult getting our suitcases up an extremely steep staircase. We’ve traveled throughout Europe extensively and haven’t encountered one so steep and as there’s no staff onsite to assist, you need to be aware of this.
