Great location, right in the heart of the city. Easily walkable everywhere. Everything is conveniently made digital, but I see how someone older may struggle. Still, a good experience. The apartment is big, two bathrooms, one en-suite. The kitchen and living room are a good size.
The parking is a bit tight and hard to know how to legally get in there. It would have been nice if the app included a parking option on check-in where you can add your car and find more information.

It is a big apartment, clean, and an excellent location for exploring Salamanca. It was quiet and perfect for getting a good night's sleep.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We like it because it’s in a great location and is a good size for a family of four. It has air conditioning and a washing machine, which are both really useful in the summer.
It’s a very minor thing, but it would have been nice to have been left some coffee and filters for the first morning. Also there was no chopping board.

Location was great. The apartment was clean enough.
Online check in is necessary and it wasn't explained that it was the only way to check in. It also took a lot of phone calls to sort out parking. I can't fault customer service (we had to speak to different people each time we called which means we had to explain the situation from the beginning several times) who answered and helped us to the best of their ability. I just feel that there were too many unnecessary steps to book the parking slot, and having no reception to go to for help just added to the stress. This experience reminded me why I prefer hotels than apartments when travelling.

"Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Digitaler Zimmerzugang. Insgesamt für zentrale Lage ruhig. Parkplatz für 19 € am Tag durch das benachbarte Hotel."
