First of all it was not the same apartment we saw in the pictures, but new and renovated one, it felt like instant upgrade. It is designed and renovated by highest standards. It was very clean and kept that way on a daily basis. It had everything we needed, even more, like espresso machine, toaster, hdmi cable (we started bringing our own since most apartments dont have one ready or you have to ask for it). Location - perfect. 250 meters and you are on the main road that goes around the island so there is zero hustle to start the ride and not have to navigate your way through narrow streets filled with pedestrians, plus the parking is right there at the property. Walk away from downtown and all the busy and noisy streets which we try to avoid when choosing the apartment (motorbikes are main transportation method on the island, enough said).

The location of the apartment is very good. It is located a bit away from what is happening in the city and it is therefore very quiet there. The port, the city promenade, the small taverns can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Very comfortable!
Maybe some more TV-Channels. Thats all!

It was a wonderful place to stay for our one night before our flight to Athens. It is exceptionally clean, comfy beds and lovely bathroom and kitchen area.
The staff were really friendly and we will definitely stay here again. We have stayed many times over night at Skiathos and this is our favourite by far!

New, big studio apartment. It's in a quieter side of town. Everything is spotlessly clean. Nice comfotable big bed. Transport from the port and to the airport were arranged even in the early hours. Higly recommended.
Had to wait for a few hours to get in touch with the owner but everything was arranged in the end.

The host was very friendly and picked us up from the airport and brought us back for free. Got a free upgrade to the host's largest apartment

The apartment was huge, superbly well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Spotlessly clean and v stylish interior. Lovely toiletries. V surprised and delighted to be met at the airport and driven to the house.
Although not a long walk to town, it wasn’t particularly nice area or road. No views at all.

The hospitality of the complete family (Giannis and his parents) was incredible. They picked up from/to the airport and gave us the possibility to stay half a day more since the flight was at 20 at the evening and the apartment was unbooked.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We were 4 guys but the apartment fits 5 persons with no problem (the sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed).
There is a nice balcony where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner without any noise, listening to the sound of nature. There is also a nespresso machine (they also offered us some coffee pods!!!)
The only thing that can be improved is to add some cooking pod.
So to sum up, it was PERFECT! 10+

the owner was really available. He provided a lift when we arrived and left Skiathos. Moreover he was very responsive in case we had any issues during our stay. The room was cleaned and with modern forniture. Really nice the view of the garden from the window and the small balcony. The position is not super central but the apartment could be reached easily(10 mins walk from the city center)
In the room/apartment was not present the washing machine and a microwave even if it is written in the description of the apartment.
