In-room facilities were good.
We missed the breakfast by 30 minutes and they did not provide it in our room.
Room was also small as compared to the picture.

Breakfast was good, and staff behavior is very good...
Sujeet form Housekeeping was very supportive in arranging all the housekeeping stuff and making the room ready

Breakfast was very nice. In-room dining was also very nice. Airport and convention centre are close by. Check-in check-out process was very smooth. Bed was comfortable.
Room was average; over and above there was negligible natural light in the room. The taxi picked and dropped from outside the premises because the main gate was always closed and unwelcoming. Low height ceiling - one gentleman's head almost banged on the hanging lights.

24X7 checkin supported at the property.
The staff is friendly.
The location is not favourable, it takes time to locate it.
The aesthetics of the hotel including the carpets, doors and rooms could be looked into given the brand associated with the hotel.

"Everything was clean, room service is great, the hotel isn’t on the road and has its own cozy territory"
